Jack Hess is a minister and a chaplain. Jack is pastor of First Presbyterian Church in Peru, Indiana, and chaplain for the Miami County Sheriff's Office and the Indiana State Police, District 16 as part of his ministry and mission with the church. Jack was at Ground Zero in the aftermath of the 9/11 terrorist attack, in New Orleans, following the devastation of Hurricane Katrina, and Southern Indiana following the floods of 2008. He ministers to victims, and to emergency personnel alike.
